On three times the watches arrived with a defect. However, they always sent replacements, and I appreciate that; I am only mentioning this so those details can be monitored—it is a suggestion, not a complaint.

No standard - Disappointment Overall
I initially bought two watches from this Company and left very positive feedback as my experience with the customer Service (Elizabeth) was very helpful and the quality of the watches were great. After that positive experience I ordered 7 more; unfortunately, quality of most of the watches were not as good. Additionally, one of them was completely defective and one had major issue particularly with the crown & mover. I shared the video/photo of the defective watch and Elizabeth acknowledged the defect and confirmed that a replacement will be shipped (this was the last email i received from her two months ago, and since then no response or update despite sending total of 6 follow ups/reminders). Also no response about the other watch that had an issue with the crown & mover. I dont think they are a scam company but clearly there is no standard in either the quality of watches or the customer services; that seems to be clear both from the other reviews and my personal experience now. There are quite a lot of other mod companies with almost full 5 star feedback that I would consider for my next watches, certainly not NeoLux.

Great!!
Great delivery time, watches look fantastic. I really love the 2 I ordered. Small gripe with the winder on one of them, I have to almost unscrew it to set the time feels as if I may damage it or lose it when setting and repositioning the winder. Other than that awesome thanks guys.
