The usual warning to research a company…
The usual warning to research a company before buying from them. Waited in all day for a delivery (Wednesday) to suddenly now get an email asking me to confirm a delivery for Saturday. Fortunately, I take screenshots which I’ve sent them of the delivery date as this is the kind of shoddy service I’ve come to expect in this broken country. If you don’t mind incompetence and have plenty of free time, it might be good stuff, otherwise maybe give a wide berth to this lot with their overpromising and underdelivering. We put up with too much crap in this place, I’m not in the habit of writing reviews. Not even close to the due date, mattress remains on the floor!

Terrible quality and useless "lifetime" warranty—avoid!
Bought a Nectar mattress trusting their lifetime warranty and return promises. Over time, it developed severe sogginess that ruined my sleep and left me with constant back pain. An inspector confirmed the sagging in person, but Nectar refused to replace it because it sits just millimeters under their strict warranty measurement cutoff. When I asked to simply return it and buy from another brand, support flat-out refused, hiding behind technical loopholes. They won't help you unless the mattress collapses past their arbitrary limit. Save your back and your money—do not buy from Nectarsleep.

Customer service was spot on with their advice. Most helpful. I could choose my date of delivery and the lads who delivered it were most helpful. And the biggest factor was the 365 day return service. I won't need to use that because it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Thank you Nectar.

Deceitful business practices
I ordered a mattress and at the time, even now still, their website says "in stock" and "ships within 3 days", yet am now being told excuses about manufacturing delays and its going to be over 3 weeks delay Why is this information still on the website, why do I have to pester to actually receive updates? Mattress hasnt even arrived yet and I'm already massively put off by these kinds of deceitful practices. Anything to get the money off of you and then just excuses about delays

the guarantee is genuine
We bought a medium-firm mattress, which we thought would be ideal for us, given our back problems. Unfortunately I developed arthritis after a few months and the mattress became very uncomfortable to me - I realised this was something that was just not getting better so we used the guarantee and changed the mattress - we now have a medium - soft - there was a difference in money between the 2 mattresses and I received this money quite quickly on return of the mattress - good company and good communication
