WARNING: NC Wallet & CT Pool
WARNING: NC Wallet & CT Pool Freezing Funds – Unresponsive Support & Fake Verification I am writing this to warn others before they lose their money. I have been using NC Wallet / CT Pool, and my funds have now been frozen for over a month under the excuse of a "verification / account check." Key issues: Blocked Withdrawals: I am completely unable to withdraw my funds. Non-existent Support: Customer support either completely ignores my inquiries or sends automated, template responses without resolving anything. Endless KYC / Verification: The platform uses endless "account verification" as a stalling tactic to hold users' crypto indefinitely. I no longer expect to recover my money, but I want to make sure potential users know the truth. Do not be fooled by high app ratings or claims of "zero fees." Once you deposit your funds or earn crypto through CT Pool, you risk losing access to it completely. Avoid NC Wallet and CT Pool at all costs.

Hace horas que mi solicitud de retiro esta pendiente, sin taxID. He enviado dos mensajes, sin respuesta, y basándome en todas éstas opiniones, me temo que no volveré a ver mi dinero. Me bloquearon mi cuenta con un monto de 830 USDT hace mas de 3 meses, me solicitaron realizar un proceso KYC el cual realice y hasta el día de hoy está en revisión. Y todo comenzó cuando demoraron más de 12 horas en confirmar un retiro, al escribirle a soporte me dijeron que que la demora era de la blockchain y cuando revive el comprobante ellos o le habían asignado ni un número de ID a la solicitud de la transferencia y seguían diciendo que era la blockchain la culpable. Mintieron descaradamente y cuando les vol vi a escribir y les envíe las capturas donde no estaba el número del ID, me rechazaron la transferencia y pasaron al estado de Proceso KYC.

NC Wallet is holding my Bitcoin hostage. They locked my account with 'Withdrawal restricted due to account status'. I have submitted a brand new valid passport, utility bill, and full source of funds. Eva from support keeps sending generic excuses and ignores Ticket #150331. Completely untrustworthy service, avoid!
