Do not buy from this online store!
Do not buy from this online store. If you have a problem your money is basically gone. In my case, I followed their size chart and my first shirt was too small. When I contacted them they did not have the next larger size for the same style so I had to get a different style. The next shirt was too big so first they charged me a return shipping fee and then they charged me a restocking fee. Instead of giving you your money back they only give you store credit. My initial purchase was $43 and my current credit is $23. I have spent hours trying to escalate my complaint and have gotten nowhere. Buy your gear from a seller that has free returns or stadium/store where you can try items on before buying and know exactly what you are getting.

I will never order from this store…
I will never order from this store again. Every single time, my order has been delayed, and I've been given no updates. It was supposed to be here August 5th. I pre-ordered so it would be here in time for my brother's birthday, and it was delayed again, stating it won’t ship until August 16th. We have purchased 6 jerseys from this store, and none have arrived on time or even close to what was said. Support is impossible to contact and never actually receives help. I will never buy from you guys again and will inform everyone of your failure to complete simple tasks and deliver on your promises. Worst site ever. Will never, ever, ever, ever buy anything ever again.

Purchased an NBA youth team varsity jacket (S)- on clearance. Ordered on Mon July 27 and it was delivered on Fri July 31! High quality "satin' with sewn on detail and with a hefty lining. The 9 year old is thrilled! Fit is a bit big, but he is a small stature ( 50") and slim (63 lbs). A good fall jacket in CO. I Recommend this online vendor.

Tried to order a pre order but no shipment date
Was trying to order the NY Knicks NBA FINALS CHAMPIONS Funko pop for me and a few people birthdays. When i order it it shown shipment day of the same day. After a month communicating multiple times with the Ai customer service, it keeps saying it was delayed. Until this week I contacted customer service to find out the shipment date is mid January 2027 which wasn't confirmed yet by them. I was like this was never updated on the site nor sent a email stating that. I just canceled my order, due to how fanatics and other sites along with them are accurate with pre-order shipment dates, but NBA shop isnt? No wonder I see bad reviews about them!

Between my teenage son and I we placed $700 worth of merchandise orders and the majority of it arrived damaged and defective. I have sent several emails, opened BBB complaints, and received the bare minimum in response. We are now on our fourth damaged replacement of a poster and despite multiple times they refuse to invest a few extra dollars for better shipping. Incorrect colors, incorrect, sizing, defects in stitching, damaged merchandise, you name it and they have done it. My son is so disappointed and I am so angry. The lack of regard for their customers is appalling.
