i ordered from this company in 2021 but…
i ordered from this company in 2021 but recently ordered several shirts again- and while i admit sometimes there is a bit of delay in shipping or communication i would also like to point out they state very clearly they have extremely limited ‘office hours’ so im not sure where the surprise is from these other reviews about timeframes. their customer service is generally great and they attempt to correct any mistakes (on the off chance there is one) but more importantly- the shirts have always been high quality real plastisol ink (not print on demand garbage) and given they are a ‘nature’ based company, i agree with their limited office hours and am happy to see businesses who prioritize healthy living vs hustle grind culture. my only complaint is the stack of limited shirt drops i’ve missed that are no longer available to order.

Great customer service!
I ordered the wrong size shirt for my husband. I sent the t-shirt back for a replacement, but sadly the style was a limited run and no longer available. They sent the t-shirt back to me and included another free shirt in my husbands correct size. The customer service team went above and beyond! Thanks so much!!~:-)

They forgot to ship my order
They forgot to ship my order. They only shipped it after I reached out two weeks later. There was no apology, simply a “here’s your tracking!” I’ve asked for a refund several times and have never heard back from their Customer Service. I’m very disappointed with this company.

Ordered in August 2025 a t shirt for delivery (expensive) to the UK. Now September and no t shirt just a load of waffle from Nature Backs. I contacted the global shipping company who told me the package had not arrived at their company. Waste of time.

Never disappoints!
I’ve been ordering shirts from them for a few years now and have over 10 clothing items from them. All their clothes were great quality and great designs! All of my items arrived on time and without any damage or complications. 10/10 would support and recommend their products!
