It gives you 10 minutes of an american…
It gives you 10 minutes of an american AI voice. And then, all of a sudden, that "Free voice" is no longer available. And instead, they give you a voice that can't even pronounce the words correctly. I would give zero starts if I could. What a waste of time downloading this app. A company who degrades its customers like this compny does should not have one single customer at all. They created the low quality on perpose. The voice distorts, and all of a sudden it stops. Then the voice gets lower in volume, and then, all of a sudden, it goes up in volume again. But contiuasly keeping the same distortion on the AI voice that can't even pronounce the words correctly.

WORST AI voice ever!
WORST AI voice ever!! continually changes tone and accent with the same voice. NO consistency at all. Very difficult interface. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Only bots
Only bots, the bots won't transfer you. And when you get transferred the customer service provider gaslights you. Don't bother. They ruined their platform every thing worked fine before multiple updates came to the platform

Have dyslexia
Have dyslexia, which makes reading very slow, although my comprehension is probably better than that slow rate. for things that I need to get through quickly. I have relied on Natural Reader for the past 20 years, so I bought this program at least three times because they don't honor lifetime subscriptions like promised. I don't bother with them anymore. Now I use Balabolka for free.

Natural Reader has become unproductive, frustrating, time-consuming, and very expensive!
Natural Reader was once an excellent and effective tool for TTS, but since its expansion, it has terrible customer service and even worse usage documentation! I'm very sorry I bought it! The older version was much more productive and user friendly! Now it's just disappointing, frustrating, time-consuming, and very expensive! For the last month, I've been trying to get their customer service team to help me correct extraneous voices appearing where they were never chosen to be. Very aggravating and unproductive!
