Awful company
Awful company. I ordered 2 items on next day delivery for an imminent occasion. I also inadvertently signed for their £2.99 insurance. The items arrived a day late so were of no use. Contacted NG customer service and asked for postage refund and free return. They agreed to Next Day delivery refund but despite several emails asking me to repeat all details every time plus condition of item etc. they have still not sent a return label. In the end it is not worth wasting time, I will do the return and never use them again.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Good are fairly good quality but! If you need to return items for any reason you get no response and the portal doesn’t work. A big scam. Then you get an email from a company saying they will help you sell you unwanted items…how strange and what a coincidence. Of course for a fee! Jog on as quite capable of using Vinted thank you. Will never use this company again again, avoid at all costs.

Poor Customer Service
No problems with the quality of the items but customer service is terrible. I also wouldn’t recommend Deliver+; I paid for it and still had an awkward and difficult time trying to return 3 items. If I get anything from this brand, it’ll be second hand.

I couldn’t find my order number or…
I couldn’t find my order number or confirmation email and Kai was super helpful and sent me my confirmation number and resent the email!
