Bestellung aufgegeben und nach kurzer Zeit (innerhalb von 3 Werktagen) alle Produkte in einwandfreiem Zustand und fairen Preisen erhalten. Danke

I do like the range of vinyl they are…
I do like the range of vinyl they are stocking here but I do have a big Grievance with the site and more importantly the so called British site when you enter the site it has continental Europe and the site for the united kingdom, that being said they do not show the prices in British Pound, I have reached out to them twice in two years or more and asked them why, they never give a genuine answer which I feel is very dismissive and unprofessional in nature, we in the united kingdom do not use the Euro, so why is the site not taking this on board and do the ethical thing and provide the prices in the British Pound?

Impudence, discriminating, indifference! Never again! I ordered two separate T-shirt orders from this company because I wanted to support my favorite band. I paid for both orders, including shipping, but after more than two months I did not receive either package. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told to deal with DHL myself, even though the purchase was made directly with the seller. Later, communication focused more on questioning my messages than on solving the actual issue of missing deliveries. I explained multiple times that I never received any delivery or notification, and I had to wait a very long time without any clear resolution or update. Instead of a straightforward solution, the conversation shifted toward defending their position rather than addressing the missing orders. That's where they used a rude aggressive language, with phrases like. Do you understand? Or we don't care where the customer is from ( discriminating me cause my name is not german) using a rude informal language although I used a formal language. They even asked me to stop sending them threats! They saw my rights and dissatisfaction as threats!! Overall, my experience was disappointing: two paid orders, no products received, and customer support that felt more focused on deflection and fighting than resolution.

Purchased Draconian album… faulty
Purchased Draconian album and mammons throne, delivery was fast enough and well packaged, unfortunately the draconian album is faulty and the pressing wasn’t done correctly and the sound is terrible (I’ve Compared both with Spotify and a cd copy I own) it’s pitchy and wavey in sound, this cost me close to $100 AUD. Sent email with videos highlight my issues and got a response saying “sorry can’t hear the fault, it’s not economical to send a replacement to Australia” and offered me 13euro to go away, this is unacceptable and very disappointing to be dismissed… I will be avoiding any future purchases moving forward which is unfortunate because I wanted to get more items.
