I would seriously think twice before…
I would seriously think twice before ordering from Nanushka. and this is what im saying after years of being a customer.... Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with their customer service, but this experience has been the final straw for me. I returned my entire order and have proof of every return as well as proof that the returned items were successfully received. Nanushka states that refunds are processed within 7–10 days after receiving the return. That timeframe has passed, yet I am still waiting for the full amount of my money to be refunded. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the customer service. Getting an actual response has repeatedly been incredibly difficult. You are left chasing your own money even though the company already has the merchandise back. For a brand in this price category, I find this completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact a company or consider PayPal/legal action simply to receive money that is due back after a properly completed return. I have purchased from Nanushka for years and unfortunately have experienced customer-service issues repeatedly. This experience has now made me decide that I will not purchase from Nanushka again. My advice before ordering: Be aware of the refund process, keep every single tracking and delivery confirmation, and pay with a payment method that offers buyer protection. Beautiful products do not compensate for customer service that leaves you fighting to get your own money back.

I have recently ordered a dress. Since it was big, I had to sent it back. The refund has never been received. I also have to say the fabric looks very poor.

The quality of the product is shocking
The quality of the product is shocking. I purchased a jacket secondhand however still very expensive and the leather is peeling off. It is not unwearable. I had only had it for a few months when this happened.

Better to not order buy online I will never support this brand anymore. They don’t care about customer.
Never buy this brand by online I order shot in January 2026 the item never arrived until this day, they know my package never arrived to me but they do not also give refund. Complaint to customer care no solution they say when we will get the item back to they wear house n we will give a refund. My cases closed without any resolution.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Nanushka. I returned items and shipped the package on January 22. Although the company states that refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the return, more than 2weeks have passed and I still have not received my money or any clear update. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and for a brand at this price level I expected a much more professional process. Even more frustrating is that in their physical store they do not offer refunds at all — only store credit — which feels very restrictive and not customer-friendly. Having to chase a refund is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope they improve their returns and refund procedures, because right now I cannot recommend shopping here.
