No quality whatsoever – and likely a SCAM!
I’ve been a NAGA client for quite some time, and more recently I started using the NAGAX platform. At first glance, it’s already clear that their user interface is far from great — clunky, confusing, and poorly structured. The fact that the NAGA group operates several different platforms under different brands doesn’t help either. But wait until you see how badly everything is programmed. I honestly can’t name many operations that actually work without having to email their slow and inefficient support team. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK PROPERLY! Want to make a supposedly “instant” deposit? It may get stuck as "pending" forever — time to email support. Want to update your home address? There’s no way to do it on the app or website — time to email support. Want to withdraw crypto to an external wallet? They deduct the amount from your balance, but the transaction never gets processed. And to make things worse, it doesn’t even appear in your transaction history. Guess what? Time to email support again. These are just a few examples, but the last one is where things get truly concerning — and the reason I’m calling this a potential scam. This withdrawal issue happened over a month ago, and I still haven’t received any response from them. Usually, their support is slow and unhelpful, but this time they’re completely ignoring me (aside from the usual automated replies). That’s extremely suspicious. At this point, I’m genuinely worried they won’t honour the withdrawal. I used to think this company was legitimate, but when a broker ignores a client after a withdrawal request, that’s a major red flag. Avoid NAGAX until they prove they can actually deliver on the basics — transparency, functionality, and respect for their customers.

Ich habe ständig Probleme
Ich habe ständig Probleme, USDT zu NGC zu swappen. Ständig Fehlermeldungen. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich, Krypto mit FIAT zu kaufen. Einen Steuerreport gibt es auch nicht.

Legit ich dachte dass ich vorher schon…
Legit ich dachte dass ich vorher schon eine Fehlermeldung hatte. Und heute habe ich Überweisung LTC zu LTC erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Darum habe ich mich geschätzt. Gott sei Dank dass ich MFA vorher aktiviert habe. Wow excellent klappt es perfekt.
