Really impressed with this seller and their products. Highly recommended. If you want professional grade tools - this is the site you want. I bought a proxxon drill and cutter and they were well packed and delivered quickly.

I eventually got what I ordered
I eventually got what I ordered. There was a mix up with stock orders. I was told that the overseas supplier was to blame

I have total confidence in MTS
Rob stands behind the products he sells, with a level of support and service - before and after the sale - that larger operations often promise but rarely (if ever) deliver. (I'm aware that some other on-line retailers source some of their products from MTS. Presumably they have the same level of confidence that I have.)

Absolutely fantastic service!
I placed an online order on Tuesday and it arrived here Friday of the same week. It was dispatched an hour later. The service is second to none! Not only that, but what I ordered was a great price and exactly what I needed to get back to work. Thank you so much Rob!!

They know how to deliver
I ordered a spare part late on a Friday for about $6. Rob explained the postage would cost more than the spare, but he could send it "letter rate" which is very cheap but has no tracking so would save me $. I agreed and the part arrived next week. Without tracking, there is nothing useful an email advice can say, but Rob emailed the despatch date and time anyway. He explained to me that Microsoft Hotmail/Live/Outlook just dumps many messages like that, not even dropping them in your junk folder. He was right and it is very unfair for a buyer to criticise MyToolStore for the sins of Microsoft. I found a Whirlpool forum link proving he was right about dumped Microsoft mail.
