When you buy online, a big priority is trustworthy ness, in my close to a year's worth of experience with myth factory, I can confidently say that there is no other company on the internet that I trust more . The shipping is fast, the news on pre-orders is always up to date and regular and the service après vente is incredible . Their customer service is second to none . A must visit website for all your anime figure needs . I have bought all of my Sh figuarts figures from them and plan on continuing to use them . I have bought a total of 7 figures and each one of them was amazing. the date that I put the experience was the date of my last purchase, the figure arrived to me in less than a week and I was kept updated each step of the way . I'm both an anime fan and a video game fan and they deliver on both ends . I would recomend to any collector to go to myth factory for all of their figure needs .The first figure I bought from them was in november and I bought one of my personal holy grails, they were inpecable with the service to the point that with some christmas money, I bought another figure . My most recent figure from them was the sh figuarts Zenitsu to go with the Tanjiro that I'd bought earlier in the year .
