One of the blades of the double blade…
One of the blades of the doubke blade turbine broke off in Storm David at the beginning of April 2026. I have emailed the company in Germany about 5 times and they have failed to reply as yet.

Einfache und robuste Anlage mit gutem Ertrag!
Hält absolut, was es verspricht. Die Anlage läuft seit drei Jahren extrem zuverlässig und liefert bei schlechtem Wetter auch regelmäßig die Höchstleistung. Alle Bauteile sind robust, alles ist wirklich komplett aus Metall. Die Montage habe ich mit der Anleitung selbst erledigt (Garage). Bei einigen Fragen konnte mir Herr Bürger vom Kundendienst sehr gut helfen. Für uns ist es die perfekte Ergänzung zu unserer Balkonphotovoltaik da die beiden praktisch nie gleichzeitig laufen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

I bought a skywind turbine my problem…
I bought a skywind turbine my problem come when I tried to get an electrician to connect to the national grid it's not a legal system and refuse to it I did get my money less custom duty from the bank as I paid by card I got very expensive garden ornament in the garden totally useless as its not connected and now the want their money that the bank reinvest me threatening me with the German police do not buy in the UK .I had another email from them demanding money do not buy from them I have and email from the electrical firm stating that their system is not legal in the U K as it cannot be plug in to the National Grid I made a very big mistake email available from me regarding its legality regarding the plugging to the National Grid martin I had now a reply from skywind informing that I would need further hardware in the form of unit called UFR1001E which are about £500 plus this was never mention in the original sale and would them need more expense and where does it go without extra wiring I can see escalating in cost if I had this knowledge I would have never bought it martin checking the new consumer unit they recommend it would have to be wired by mi consumer box extra expense as its a long way to wind turnine advert says it can go strait into a wall socket I would be willing to sent it back if the reimbursement me with the costs already paid by me installing the unit custom duty and cost of taking the unit down plus the would have to send someone to pack it to their requirements and pay postage back to them as this not what I bought read all Martin

Don’t buy these wind turbines
Very disappointed in the company’s response to questions. Order placed in early November 2025. Promised in 90 days. Still no delivery date. They post sites in Canada on their installation map, but I can’t find any of these installations. Maybe they are fake and not real, designed to help sell more products. And they won’t divulge contact information of those who have installed. Very sorry I purchased two turbines. Want to cancel and get my money back, but they say they can’t do that, or more accurately they won’t, even thought they are now in breach of the delivery promise. I am in the process of reporting them to the consumer protection authorities. And now I read all these really negative reviews about the lousy performance and customer service. They’ll happily take your money, but don’t stand behind their product.

Placed order of trial wind turbine back…
Placed order of trial wind turbine back on 7th October 25. Been told delivery within 90 days. As of today still don't have any turbine nor any reply from them to my several emails. looks like a scam to me now!!! After several reminders finally got an answer informing me that my order is further delayed due to technical issues. I rest my case!
