⭐ 1/5 – Unethical and scrupulous business!!! Deliberately ripping consumers off. I used MySignature ONCE about a year ago and was recently charged USD $69 for an annual subscription renewal that I no longer use or need. I cancelled the subscription on the SAME DAY as the renewal, WITHIN MINUTES of seeing the charge, and immediately contacted MySignature requesting a refund. I have not used the service at all during the renewed subscription period. Despite this, MySignature has repeatedly refused to refund the USD $69, simply referring me to their refund policy. They say they sent a renewal reminder seven days before the charge, but the subject line did not clearly alert me that a USD $69 automatic renewal was about to be processed. the subject line actually said the subscription was ending!!! I missed the email and only became aware of the renewal when I saw the payment. I have now disputed the charge through PayPal and intend to report my experience to the ACCC regarding their shady automatic renewal practices. I would strongly recommend checking whether you actually need a paid service like this before subscribing. There are free alternatives available, including HubSpot. For a subscription I used once, followed by an immediate cancellation and a refusal to refund an entirely unused renewal period, this has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

MySignature user for over 3 Years
I’ve been a MySignature user for over three years, and I’m consistently impressed with their service. It’s much more than just a digital signature platform. The personal dashboard provides valuable engagement analytics, while features like the digital business card and contact management tools add even more value. (I need to leverage more) Most importantly, their customer service is exceptional. Their response time is fast, and they genuinely make you feel like a valued customer. That level of service, combined with the platform’s features, is why I’ve remained a loyal MySignature customer for more than three years.

Much easier than editing HTML.
One thing I really like about MySignature is how easy is to make changes. If we need to update a link, contact info, or anything else, it takes a minute instead of editing HTML code again. The analytics are also helpful because I can see if people interact with the links in my signature. It's just much easier to manage everything in one place.

Buyer Beware
The cost is astronomical - when I signed up, there was no way for me to pay monthly, there was only the option for annual subscriptions. I have used and recommended this previously, never again. When I went to cancel my subscription about a week after signing up they refused to give me a prorated refund. I paid $70+ for 1 email signature I won't be using. To top it off, they offer less customizations, outdated technology, and it is more difficult to use than their competitors. I'd highly recommend using a different company.
