MyMortgageGermany makes first-time house-buying much more manageable and painless!
After our initial meetings with Carita Gibney, my partner and I were introduced to Gavin Smyth who handled the mortgage brokering for my partner and me. Both were very patient with us throughout the whole process, and did everything they could and worked very quickly to find the best mortgage offer for us. Gavin sent all the necessary paperwork back and forth between us and the bank, and liaised with the bank quickly and effectively whenever we needed. As first-time buyers, and myself as a non-German, MyMortgageGermany made our house-buying experience so much easier than it would have been otherwise. I would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with My Mortgage Germany, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Carita, our mortgage broker, was exceptional throughout the entire process. She was always available, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. One of the biggest concerns we had was the potential language barrier, but this was never an issue as the team at My Mortgage Germany speaks fluent English. This made the process much smoother and more comfortable for us. What truly set Carita apart was her confidence and determination. Carita assured us that we could make it happen. She maintained active communication with the bank throughout the process, ensuring that everything was on track. Although there were some difficulties, they were all related to the bank and not to the service provided by My Mortgage Germany. Carita's dedication and proactive approach helped us navigate these challenges effectively. I highly recommend My Mortgage Germany if you're looking for a reliable mortgage broker. Even if other brokers have said it’s not possible, give them a try, especially if you don't have permanent residency. They truly go above and beyond to make your mortgage journey a success.

My situation was not an easy one and I contacted a few different mortgage brokers when I first started looking into purchasing a flat - most of them said my case would be impossible. Carita was there every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to help make this happen for me and looked into every possibility. I just got my dream place and could not be more grateful!! Her support, kindness, and patience went such a long way in making this process less stressful. 1000% will recommend to anyone looking to purchase property in Germany!

Great experience
Paul did an outstanding job for me. He was exceedingly diligent, competent, patient, and inventive. He solved problems. I was unable to get a first flat in Germany and decided to go for another one and re-start the entire mortgage application process. Paul was again super-helpful and capable the second time around, showing no loss of enthusiasm in helping me achieve my goal. I’ve now got a great mortgage thanks to him and the team at mymortgagegermany.
