Worst Company Ever
Order accepted and paid for. No delivery for nearly two months and no tracking information was provided. Seller subsequently said they no longer ship to the Philippines/Singapore and cancelled the order. Refund received was less than the original USD amount paid. Seller also confirmed that these countries remain available on the website despite the company not intending to fulfill orders from them.

They sent the first book to the shipping address and I love the book but the second book they sent to the billing address and won’t replace it for free. They want to offer a 50 percent discount but it was their mistake. How is that fair. Very disappointed in them. Ordered for my granddaughter and her mother for Mother’s Day cannot Afford another one. Don’t order from these people

They can start by honoring their policy. They refuse to give me a refund even though they screwed up. Not once but twice. I do not recommend to anyone. There are other companies that do the same thing and better. Please do not order from them!!!

Losing hope...
I ordered two books for my granddaughters on December 8, 2025. It was advertised that they would be delivered before Christmas. It's now 10 days later and I've not heard anything as to whether they've been shipped or not. They are Christmas gifts and I'm losing faith that they will receive them in time. All I've gotten are emails from Magic Story wanting me to buy more books. It would be nice to know if my two orders are going to be on time, or whether they've even been finished. Something. Anything. It's a bit disappointing as one of them is the Christmas themed story. I keep checking the Shop app for updates, and... I'm getting nothing but crickets.
