I identified myself and found my profile, then watched as EVERYTHING they reported about me was wrong. Everybody makes mistakes, but my 5-year-old grandson does better work than this. (And he does it for free.) This is not just mistakes. This is criminal, malicious intent to deceive.

they started a monthly subscription…
they started a monthly subscription without my knowledge after I already paid them for the info I got that day. I called and wrote (email ) to stop the subscription, but no one answered their phone and no one answered the email.

Mylife.com sent me wrong info
Mylife.com is constantly, repeatedly sending me emailed reports about someone who has similar name to a person I knew years ago. This been going on for years now. The locations, middle names, current last names, and ages do not match. I invested some time in trying to get mylife to stop emailing me about this person that has no connection to me. My time was wasted. I decided to stop paying any attention to mylife.com

Let me tell you all why I did give a 4… They gave me a refund on my mistake and they gave it back within 2 days.
Let me tell you all why I did give a 4 star and how I got there. I was getting emails like everyone else about people looking at my background, and other possible issues. I figured I would go to check it out. I made corrections that I was able to make for free, and couldn't understand who these other people were that they had me associated with. I decided to subscribe. I wanted to subscribe for just month to month but somehow ended up with the full year. It was a Sunday, and I could not reach anyone. I made sure in the account that I ended the subscription but it only cut it off at the end of the full year. I was panicking because the $155.40 was putting me at risk for not having enough money for the rest of the month. Monday I sent another email, and I had explained my mistake. I also called my bank and got advice from them. They said if I didn't manage to get satisfied they would open a case for me from their end. As in fraud. Well, MyLife did respond, and told me they would refund the money. Today is Tuesday, and they did refund the money. The entire $155.40, and they offered me 2 free months. How thankful could I be? The only reason it is not a 5 Star is because they do have some incorrect information on there, and I don't know how to remove it. It's not good that so much of our information is being displayed for anyone to see. I wish I could scrub my info off the internet. Anyway, I am grateful to get my money back. And very thankful that MyLife was so gracious to me.
