Been having great time with the app…
Been having great time with the app doing surveys games cashing out. No problems until I received a completed survey with $8.14 pay out which I screen shot that I completed and will receive that amount it's been couple days and nothing put in ticket for it and nothing..I spent time on that survey.. Just for then to get their answers and I got nothing. Seems to be going on more now with surveys since that one .

$5 cash out??!! TRY $25 cash out!!!
I’m waiting on my redemption to be reviewed which is already annoying but everyone says they got there $5 and cashed out THATS A LIE. I have to earn AT LEAST $25 in order to cash out and that can take a while. I thought maybe after the first redemption it would change but it did not. I’m still waiting on my money.

The only reason I did not give 5 star…
The only reason I did not give 5 star is because of customer support. I have tickets with screenshots provided and still have not received anything other than the automated email after submitting a ticket. When the problem is missing rewards and you use the app to make quick cash then your out of luck. Also payouts take a while to hit they aren't instant not even to paypal.

Payout not arriving to my Cashapp
I hate to give a low rating and review... I love the games and the rewards, but I did my first cash out/withdrawal yesterday to my Cashapp - even had to verify my identity by uploading documents - and the payment has not arrived, which is pretty frustrating. If I receive the payout before the day ends I'll come back and update my review.
