Upgraded my bundle and I didn’t get the…
Upgraded my bundle and I didn’t get the upgrade features (iptv channels) and even lost the old ones. Contacted them 3 times which were in vain!

The only improvement for this company…
The only improvement for this company to be shut down the worst service and they steal from the giga bytes they r giving the most rude and useless customer support ever this is just a big joke not a company I really wish all of there places blow up one day the worst stafff ever in there branches and we can’t do nothing no one to complain too also the support doesn’t know something they don’t help the don’t know how to solve any problem they r just cows mowing

Unacceptable Service & Unclear Data Consumption
The data on my packages runs out at an unrealistically fast rate—it feels like my balance is being robbed right in front of me. I have to top up my phone credit daily, and even then, the data vanishes within hours without heavy usage. I have contacted customer service to complain about this and the constant depletion of my landline internet packages, but they completely deny there is any issue. They offer no clear explanation or solution, just generic responses. It is so unprofessional and feels like they are taking advantage of me and their customers. It is clear from talking to others and seeing complaints online that I am not the only one facing this; many people are saying their packages are ending in half the time they should . It is ridiculous to have to recharge so many times a month for the same usage . I will be switching to another provider as soon as possible. This is an awful company to deal with, and their services are no longer worth the money.
