MY Airex Erfahrungen

Gives you tingles in muscles, disappointing.

Truly disappointing experience. The Airex balance pad gave me terrible tingling sensations in my legs and entire body, it felt extremely weird. Then I tried it with my yoga mat between me and the pad, and in my running shoes while standing on the mat, same thing occurred, nothing changed. Tingling that turned into weird pain. I am very active (including previous balance training) and I don’t know why this is happening, it never happened before with any other gadget, nor after Airex. And I use many different training tools and gadgets. Their customer service takes between 20-90 days to reply to a simple inquiry or message. The worst and slowest online customer service I have ever encountered. When they finally replied, they suggested I try things I already told them I tried with the pad and they didn’t work (like putting the pad under yoga mat, etc). The pad is in pristine condition (only used indoor a couple of times which was enough to get disappointed), and they said a return/refund was not possible. So, it’s double disappointment: with Airex pad and their customer service. I don’t recommend Airex pad or this company to anyone.
