"Am 26.05. wurden mir 45€ für ein ungewolltes Abo abgebucht. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support wurde keine Rückerstattung angeboten. Ich fordere eine sofortige Rückerstattung und die Stornierung des Abos. Sollte keine Lösung gefunden werden, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten und meine Bank einschalten."

Don't buy from them
I bought some sheet music for GBP0.99 through Paypal and they started to debit my PayPal account for ca. £45 per quarter. Nowhere did I sign up for a recurring subscription. I suppose they hope that people don't notice. That's a good couple of hours of my life lost now chasing a refund and cancelling etc

Disappointing, but could have potential if improvements were made
The guitar sounds are atrocious. They sound even worse than than a cheap kid's keyboard I had three decades ago. Also, instrument tracks keep randomly getting muted for no reason. I've found that closing the app, then opening it again temporarily solves this issue. However, the concept seems decent, so the potential is there if they improved the guitar quality sound and the 'instrument mute' bugs. Please note though, I was just using the free version. After reading multiple reviews of people having unauthorized charges made to their credit card, I'm glad that I didn't give them my details.

Charging for Unsolicited Paid Subscription
Though the score I downloaded seems fine, apparently this is a fraudulent website whose entire business model is based on phishing for credit card details and charging the people for the paid subscription they didn't sign up for. When I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund, their excuse was that when I was paying for a single score there was some check box selected (obviously by default). They charged me 85 PLN (25 USD) and offered me to give me back 2/3 of it, to which I agreed for lack of a better option. I would have given two stars, because the scores seem quite good, but I cannot, because the general experience was that of having been cheated.

I was charged €44.99 without providing explicit and informed consent to an annual subscription. At no point did I clearly agree to recurring billing in a manner that complies with EU consumer protection standards regarding transparency and pre-contractual information. The subscription terms and automatic renewal conditions were not sufficiently clear or prominently disclosed prior to payment. As a consumer within the European Union, I expect full compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and PSD2 requirements for authorized transactions. I have formally requested a refund and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. If necessary, I will pursue further action through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection authorities.
