High hopes, disappointing results
Having done multiple investigations/murder mystery games both solo and in group I can easily say that this game and experience is not amazing and there are other options out there that are more interactive, require more investigation and with better, more interesting storylines. Murder in Prague has a very linear storytelling, and I want to say that the majority of gameplay time is spent listening and watching the videos (which unfortunately we don’t get transcripts for) and very little is spent investigating. The information and investigation is also very repetitive for each person of interest, there is hardly any variation to the type of information given. I do wish the murder mystery was less straightforward and had red herrings to throw us off the banality of the case. If have played Sherlock games, any Hidden games, or tabletop escape games then don’t put your expectations too high for this one. I do want to say that the customer service is great; they abide by their satisfaction guaranteed and say they take feedback into consideration so I do hope that in any future games they release things will be more investigative and interesting

An experience like none other
An experience like none other - my partner and I LOVE whodunnits and this was one of the most fun and intellectually stimulating activities - we hate predictable dramas and we’re so thrilled to actually doing the investigating work. Never thought I’d be making a timeline and looking for alibis but I appreciated this opportunity to jump into a tv show

Super fun whodunit!!
This was so much fun! Absolutely LOVED the film noir style videos from our suspects and other characters, and all the evidence packs made us feel like we were real detectives. We did an hour or so every night for three nights whilst on holiday and we were still talking about it during the days, working out who we thought did it. It wasn’t incredibly hard but also not super easy - the perfect balance of challenge for a fun night with friends. We were so excited to catch the right killer on the first try. Totally worth the money! Can’t wait for the next one 🤩🙌🏻

This really was a great game
This really was a great game. We were a group of ten, but you can play it by yourself. Definitely more fun with more. It was interactive and the clues and evidence provided was well thought out. Having the actual characters of the game "in person" on the screen really makes the game. It brought the game to life. It is well thought out and will be fun for any mystery lover. Worth the price fir sure.

Felt like we knew these characters!!!
This was good ole fashioned fun!!! Did it in a group of 6 friends with a little whiskey and tapas and MAN! I think this was the most engaging, “together” experience in recent memory. Loved that you could actually see gorgeous bits of Prague in the videos (me and my wife visited a few years back), and genuinely felt *transported*. Our group really appreciated that it didn’t feel like an escape room puzzle (no “crack this code” this and “review this website” that). It’s an intimate mystery movie that you get piecemeal with space to breathe and discuss in between chapters. What’s said on screen is then meticulously enhanced by the evidence in front of you. By the end, we felt like we knew each one of these characters personally and everyone in our group had strong opinions on them lol. Brilliant! Wish there were more!
