There are just time wasters so kindly avoid

There are running business with complete non sense behaviour. I have a flight on 19th july 2026 and order them stuff at 9 july. Firstly they booked my order and told me my order will be delivered at 15 July but they haven’t dispatched it and asking me bullshit questions that you wanna confirm your order even though i confirm it. So kindly avoid them and it’s better to buy physical stores. Especially Karachiite

He is only sharing part of the story. Here is what actually happened. He placed an order for several products, including an **8-liter Zamzam water bottle**. Before accepting the order, we clearly informed him that the 8-liter bottle was **out of stock** and that new stock was expected in approximately two weeks. Despite being informed in advance, he repeatedly requested that we somehow arrange the 8-liter bottle because he did not want the smaller size. We explained that only the **5-liter bottle** was currently available. As our team was assisting other customers, we followed up with him a couple of days later to ask whether he would like us to proceed with the order using the 5-liter bottle instead. He agreed. By then, however, it was already Monday instead of Saturday, so the delivery timeline had naturally changed. We informed him that, with normal shipping, delivery would take approximately **4–5 business days** or that he could consider overnight shipping. Instead of raising his concern respectfully, he responded by calling our team, **"Are you dumb enough?"**, **"It was your duty to dispatch the order on Thursday or Friday"**, and telling us to **"get lost."** We have screenshots of the entire conversation. At that point, we made the decision to cancel the order. We believe every customer deserves respect—but so does every member of our team. We will never expect our staff to tolerate abusive language simply to complete a sale. Alhamdulillah, our customer service speaks for itself. The positive reviews on our website and reflect the experience of thousands of satisfied customers, and we are grateful for the trust they continue to place in us. WARNING: Fraudulent business selling cheap junk and blaming customers!

I bought two automatic umbrellas from Munawer.pk because they explicitly promised a replacement if there was a problem. On day 4 of normal use, the mechanism completely failed and the umbrella stopped opening at all. Instead of honoring their word, their customer service shamelessly accused me of 'manual mishandling' to avoid giving me a replacement. It failed under normal operation because it is defective, not because of how I handled it. They will invent any lie to blame the customer and steal your money. The also said that they would offer a replacement if there was a manufacturing defect which became apparent on first use. The don’t seem to realise that a truly functional product wouldn’t stop working in the first few days of usage. I am currently in Makkah, and it is truly pathetic that a business catering to pilgrims has zero ethics, zero fear of God, and zero integrity to honor their word. Do not trust their fake promises. Save your money and buy from honest retailers who don't scam people!" I am updating this because your response is deliberately misleading. My entire transaction with your team took place entirely on WhatsApp. Not once during the order process, the payment discussion, or delivery did your team ever state that a '7-day policy' existed, nor did anyone mention a 'mandatory unboxing video.' You cannot invent hidden rules after a product fails to avoid your financial responsibilities.Furthermore, an unboxing video only proves how an item arrives; it does not predict that an automatic mechanism will break on Day 4 of normal use. Shifting blame onto the customer with unmentioned website terms is dishonest. I stand by my review: your products are low quality, and your business model relies on hidden clauses to exploit customers once they leave the country for their pilgrimage.

We delivered two umbrellas to the customer. As clearly stated in our return policy, we ask every customer to record an unboxing video when receiving their parcel. This protects both the customer and us. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we replace it promptly—no questions asked. Many of our customers who have experienced genuine transit damage can attest to how quickly we resolve such issues. Their feedback is available on our website and in our WhatsApp testimonials. We also provide important usage instructions for certain products. For example, our neck fan should only be charged using a 5W charger. This instruction is clearly mentioned because using high-power chargers (20W, 40W, or 60W) can damage the device. When these instructions are overlooked, the resulting damage is often mistaken for a product defect, even if it was (or may have been) caused by user mishandling. Similarly, our UV umbrellas include a clear notice (highlighted in red) advising customers to use them with care and avoid applying excessive force or weight. In this particular case, the customer used the umbrella for four days without reporting any issue, which indicates that it was functioning properly upon delivery. We are not blaming the customer; we are simply relying on the facts available to us. Since we have no visibility into what happened during those four days, we cannot determine whether the damage resulted from normal use, accidental impact, or another external factor. Our return policy provides a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The customer contacted us on the eighth day after delivery, which was already outside the return period. Even so, we still listened to the customer's concerns and tried to understand the situation. We asked whether the product had been defective from the first day or if there was any evidence that the issue existed upon arrival. The customer confirmed that it had not been faulty initially. Based on the timeline, the available evidence, and our published return policy, we were unable to approve a refund or replacement. After this decision was communicated, the conversation unfortunately became a little abusive, and a negative review was posted. Our decisions are based on evidence, consistency, and the same policies that apply equally to every customer. This approach allows us to remain fair to both our customers and our team.
