As bad as Amazon
Took up an offer of 3 mths free thinking my son & his partner would enjoy it. After 4 mths tried to cancel. That has proved impossible. Although their site says it's possible to cancel there is nowhere to do so & no way to contact them. Tried numerous times since with no success. Raised a dispute with bank. Got a partial refund but MUBI kept debiting my account. It transpires that I can only stop them by cancelling my credit card. I'm ropable. MUBI used to be the good guys. This is the world of venture capital, it seems. Stay well away.

Its a great site for arthouse films
Its a great site for arthouse films, ive subscribed on/off again for years. It's not for your average person as most of the content won't appeal. There were definitely issues in the past with the site in terms of streaming capability but it has improved considerably in recent years especially if you subscribe via the Amazon prime portal. Customer service can be slow but they do respond and of you go to the account settings it's quite easy to cancel your subscription.

Initially offered 4 weeks free which…
Initially offered 4 weeks free which was great but then decided to pay the full year fee. Thought you could browse all films on the platform to watch, but only a select few movies are shown and you can actually watch. Most of the films have weird concepts better sticking with major streaming platforms. Decided to end subscription. Not worth it in my opinion.

I think it's a scam
I think it's a scam. I signed up, paid for the subscription, and it's not active! There's no way to cancel the subscription online. I had to block my credit card to avoid further charges. No one answers on any network. And you can see they're not responding either. Seriously, stay away!
