Scarico ordinato senza nessuna fretta il 06/05/2026. Passato un mese senza nessuna notizia contatto via WhatsApp ottenendo silenzio assoluto. Rispondono solo dopo il sollecito via email dicendo che avrebbero avuto notizie dal produttore nella prima metà di Luglio. Attendo nuovamente e tutto tace. Arriviamo ad oggi che dopo l'ennesima email inviata dopo giorni ancora nessuna risposta. Non avendo urgenze sorvoliamo sull'attesa ma vergognoso il loro comportamento, in particolare l'unica persona con cui son riuscito a parlare, Sabrina F. Ad oggi 20/07/26 WhatsApp inesistente, numero di telefono pure e via email il silenzio. Lasciate perdere se non volete rischiare i vostri soldi

Ho ordinato uno scarico completo Mivv GP Yamaha T-MAX 500 Non rispondono al telefono, ne su WhatsApp, ho contattato i fornitori e la disponibilità del mio scarico c'è. È passato più di un mese e non ho mai ricevuto una risposta...poca professionalità ANCHE SE ALLA FINE È ARRIVATO.

I've ordered a Mivv GP Pro for my Mt09.
I've ordered a Mivv GP Pro for my Mt09. The order was confirmed on april 23. They accepted my payment, after that they went silent, I am patient, and i am still waiting . Only order from them if you are a patient costumer, otherwise it will be a bad expirience. Update: I got the shipping date, but moto-sound has not responded to any other mails. Awaiting my exhaust hopefully everything will go well.

Absolutly SCAMMERS, I bought and Exhaust for my DUKE 390, and after 1 month I didn’t receive it yet, I tried to contact with them but nothing, they just told me that the exhaust is un production phase but before buying it they didn’t said anything about that and they told me that if I want a refund they will keep the 20% cause the already ordered, I keep sending them messages and no response, horrible place, never but something there!
