Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful . Just a portion of chips that were totally inedible. Recooked from night before without any taste of potato, dried & shrivelled up. First & last time I go to Mother Hubbards Dunstable & will pass on the word of the standard of food.

Last visit to Mother Hubbards
Just visited mother hubbards for the first time and was really disappointed, Ask for cod and chips wss told no cod! Had to settle for haddock which arrived on top of a paper carton of cold chips, returned the chips and was told to eat the fish and the chips would follow! Surely if you eat in you should be afforrded a plate and cutlery not wooden take away forks and a carboard box The biggest waste of £21. Lesson learned do not go there again.

Awful food Rochdale
We have been to the Rochdale, Went with husband and his parents and it was awful, mushy peas and curry sauce were like water and cold, chips hadn't been done properly may as well ordered potatoes scallops, fish wasn't nice either, it's usually piping hot, wouldn't mind but spent over £40. Staff couldn't be bothered and blamed shift before them. Not good at all.

Awful experience staff is extremely rude not even know basic customers services. I been mother Hubbard 92 lagram Lane Bradford BD7 2AD this evening. I placed order on till by a black lady. Wait over 25 minutes for fish and chips,after me almost 16 customers came and been served I was still waiting I go towic to ask how long they said wait for fresh chips,i go back after few minutes and asked them why they served many customers after me and keep asking me to wait then that black lady took a box and left on deck it was open box and she started to serve other customer, it was really disappointing and frustrated then I asked other staff to pack my order she took the box put into carrier bag and left like she bin some waste didn't handover and didn't add any fork,souse and wipes, Never again and won't recommend to anyone, please avoid them

I've eaten some bad chips in my life…
I've eaten some bad chips in my life but tonight I tried these....chewy chips(could have been cooked weeks ago) even the battered things were disgusting. Fish bites covered in the same awful batter rendering them inedible only saving grace was the small pot of peas....even my dogs struggled...best advice AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...I couldn't score low enough so a very reluctant 1 star..
