I’d pick “0” star rating if I could
I’d pick “0” star rating if I could. Ordered 9 pair of men’s qtr socks. I eventually received 3 pair of youth anklet socks that were not the correct brand & style advertised on their website. I emailed them pictures of their website ad & the wrong socks I received & requested a full refund. They emailed back & said “send us a picture of the product you received”. Really??. They finally responded with “we make mistake at warehouse, we only send you 3 sock, we send you the rest”. To which I said “no” I don’t want more wrong socks, just a full refund. After multiple back & forth emails & me insisting on a refund they respond with. “You have to pay to ship the sock back…we have no shipping return labels, when we get back we give you refund less our shipping costs”. Really?? If I would have done my research, I’d have seen that this China based company is nothing short of a scam. Lesson learned.

Ordered product five weeks ago
Ordered product five weeks ago. I wrote an email to cancel the order half way through, only to be told it's already left so can't refunded, Received email today stating that the delivery is being processed again but I don't have much faith. Do not buy from this company, seriously don't.

I had no idea this was a Chinese Knockoff company.
I had no idea this was a Chinese knock off of another brand. I thought the designs were pretty cool and out there. Ive bought a few kits from them and then I got one brand new with broken stitches. I tried to contact them to send it back. They wrote me things back like "We do not sell blankets. Did you contact the wrong Store?" Needless to say their Customer Service department is the worst Ive ever experienced .

Great products, Long lasting and great customers service even when small challanges. Highly recommendable. Shipping takes a while so order in good time.

Cheap knock off
Cheap knock off. Terrible material quality and fit, and they do not allow reviews. Basically got scammed by Chinese. Stay away from this site.
