Sold a poor product (issue in itself) but customer service was quite open and helpful so far. Have to fill out a survey before they'll start the refund, so be on your toes.

Unhappy customer
I didn't realize it was in US funds and tried to cancel order immediately . I was told to return it when I got it. It was returned with a tracking number and receipt was acknowledged. I was told the refund would be in two weeks at the latest. I have contacted them several times and was asked to be patient. I have been more than patient!!! I would never order from them again.

Received quick responses to my emails…
Received quick responses to my emails but disappointed in the ordering process. Ordered twice in error and was told I could not cancel one of the orders but had to send the unwanted order back when received. This is even though I called within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once received I called to return the second order and was persuaded to keep the product and I would receive a 70% credit. It has now been 2 weeks since they claim to have processed the credit and it still has not appeared on my account. Can’t see why it’s taken so long for a credit to appear when the charge appeared within minutes of placing the order. Seems dishonest.

I wanted to return the mosqishock bug…
I wanted to return the mosqishock bug zapper as the package was damaged during shipping. I contacted their customer service by phone and then email. The customer service reps were fantastic and were able to offer a 70% refund and allowed me to keep the product and not have to pay for return shipping. That was a reasonable solution for my concerns. My only concern was during the ordering it wasnt clear that the funds were in US dollars. Thats the reasion for 4 stars. Thanks. GW
