I have curly hair, and I bought this brand because it’s advertised as one of the best products for hydration and overall hair quality. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst products I have ever used on my hair. Not only did it fail to hydrate my curls, but it actually left them extremely dry, dull, and frizzy. I spent a considerable amount of money on these products, so I eventually gave them to a friend. Unfortunately, she had exactly the same experience. I genuinely don’t understand why so many celebrities promote this brand. At this point, I can only assume they are being paid very well, because I honestly cannot see what makes these products worth the hype. Not only did it fail to hydrate my curls, but it actually left them extremely dry, dull, and frizzy. I spent a considerable amount of money on these products, so I eventually gave them to a friend. I purchased an order and was supposed…
I purchased an order and was supposed to get 10% off. Well this didn’t happen. I emailed them called them . No response. Received my order yesterday no invoice enclosed and no shipping return information and they sent me 2 hairbrushes and I only wanted 1. Emailed again and no response. Now I call my credit card company. Do not buy anything from them as they are deceptive.
