Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I ordered two lights and when they came, they were of very poor quality. I contacted them and took the time to send pictures to show how the product was defective. After going back-and-forth over many days, they were supposed to remake and send me pictures so that I could get what I had ordered. Instead, after we agreed to that, they let me know that it had been discontinued and offered me a 30% refund. So now I have two unusable lights and hundreds of dollars spent. Avoid this company.

If you are not satisfied with the products, you are welcome to return the items to the return address we provided, and once the package is received and inspected, we fully support a return with a full refund in accordance with our policy. Second, after carefully reviewing the photos you provided, we must clarify that we do not agree that the products have quality defects. The items delivered meet the product specifications and standards as described on our website. That said, we understand that personal expectations or preferences may differ, which is why we continue to support returns and refunds. Regarding the remanufacturing discussion: after our communication, the specific model you ordered was confirmed by the factory to be discontinued, which made remaking the product impossible. For this reason, we promptly proposed alternative solutions, including a partial refund or a return for a full refund. We would like to emphasize that mooielight fully supports fair and transparent after-sales service. We do not intend for any customer to be left with unusable products or unresolved concerns. I placed an order 2 weeks ago with no follow up from the company so I reached out. They informed me that the item was incorrectly priced on their website and I needed to pay an additional $700. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not trust or recommend this vendor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a chandelier and it arrived broken and half the size of what we purchased. They expect me to pay $400 to return the light. I am currently disputing it with my credit card company and don't know how this will play out. I am so upset, I can't believe a company would do business like this. I am writing this to warn others from using this company. After seeing their reply, I would like to update my review since you can't reply to their comment. I have worked extensively with their customer service department and have got no where. Everything they email back and forth (they won't talk to you on the phone) sounds all AI generated. We even paid extra to have coverage if the item showed up damaged or not like the description, but still no help from Mooie. After spending hours with my credit card company, we won the dispute. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

Counterfeit Marset Lights. Do not order.

Placed an order for 3 Marset lights back in December. They just arrived today, and they are certainly counterfeit. We have other Marset lights to compare to. Spacing is all wrong, no dimming feature, colour of the oak grains is wildly different. Will be initiating a chargeback through my credit card provider.
