NIEMALS BEI DIESER SEITE EINKAUFEN! Die Quälität ist minderwertig - um es nett auszudrücken. Mein Schlafanzug ist innerhalb von 5 Tagen (nach zweimaligem Tragen) direkt für die Tonne gewesen. Der Reklamationsprozess ist wirklich die letzte Frechheit! Ich versuche seit nun 1,5 Monaten eine Reklamatiom zu erhalten. Ich habe meinen Schlafanzug eingeschickt und nun bekomme ich keine Rückerstattung. Dieses Team ist eine einzige Katastrophe! Alle maximal inkompetent! Nie wieder würde ich irgendwas dort kaufen und rate jedem explizit davon ab, irgendwas dort zu kaufen!

Item lovely but Shipping Info inaccurate.
I ordered a silk mini slip dress from this company partly because I thought they were a UK company - the impression I got from their website. Ordered on August 8th. The website gave a ‘guaranteed’ arrival time of 5-8 days. I only started getting concerned when the Tracking Update stated “Port of Departure - departure”. Not knowing what that meant, I investigated online (but not Trust Pilot I’m sorry to say,) and not only discovered that the dress was coming from China, but that lots of customers had had their orders languishing in such ‘Ports’ for weeks. On 17th August, I queried the shipping status with the company and received incomprehensible answers from an AI Bot. This went on for a few days until I somehow managed to reach a human - Sean. He apologised for the inaccurate shipping info on the website and acknowledged that it’s not made clear the items are dispatched from China. He said he would forward my feedback to the relevant team for action. The dress arrived on August 21st, so not far off their 8 days ‘guarantee’ but it was quite a worrying wait. The dress was a gift and I thought I’d ordered in ample time (over a month) but the useless AI Bot was not filling me with confidence. All’s well that end’s well - I am delighted with the dress. The fit, colour and make quality are all great. I think it looks and feels like silk - I don’t feel the need to set fire to it to check!

Scams & lies
Asked to cancel order before it was shipped and get refund. Got confirmation that it will be cancelled and refund will be issued but next day got the opposite. no refund no cancelation. They lie and hide that it is manufactured and shipped from china. I have the emails to prove it show me where to attach pictures. My Bank and police have been contacted.

Ridiculous postage and packing
I was about to purchase one….. Just ONE silk pillowcase, got to the checkout and they were going to charge me £10 postage! Seriously? I can have a large mirror delivered for £3.95! This company is extortionate and looking at the reviews, I’m so glad I didn’t purchase! It wasn’t difficult for me to find another company with zero postage!

Ordered silk pyjamas, took weeks to arrive and the material and quality is terrible. Requested a return and been ignored for 5 days now. Do not use this company.
