not quick if you have an issue I received a broken product
I received a broken product, damaged on the outside and unusable. The packaging was good. I have sent pictures and all necessary information for a refund and I'm still waiting for an answer from them. I dont know why it take so long to answer since the product was received damaged and there is no way to deny it. I only receive automatic emails that my problem is priority.. I contacted the product brand that answered me already and is ok with the issue but need to be contacted from mohd I would like to have a refund quick since the product was expensive, is broken and I wand to be able to buy it somewhere else. thank you

Reimbursement policy
As a follow up to my review below, we returned the damaged item we received over 3 weeks ago on August 7th. Nevertheless the company is still refusing to refund us claiming the item needs to arrive first back at their deposit. It’s unclear to us why it would have not arrived after 3 weeks and why we have to bear this situation given the item they delivered was damaged (or a display). We have not received any response to our emails in the last 10 days prompting for a refund Overall it’s extremely stressful to deal with the unprofessionalism of this company and strongly suggest staying away and ordering somewhere else

Their customer service communication via email and phone has always been prompt, with any issues resolved timely and favourably. We recommend MOHD online shopping because we trust them for purchases of any luxury items!

Servizio clienti inesistente e totale mancanza di rispetto
Sono cliente di MOHD da diversi anni e in passato non ho mai avuto problemi, ma semplicemente perché non avevo mai avuto bisogno di affidarmi al loro servizio clienti o di gestire imprevisti durante l'esecuzione di un ordine. È proprio in queste situazioni, nel supporto post-vendita e nella gestione dei problemi, che si riconosce la vera serietà di un'azienda. Da un marchio che si posiziona in una fascia così alta, richiedendo un investimento economico importante, ci si aspetta un livello di attenzione e servizio impeccabile. La realtà che ho vissuto recentemente si è rivelata invece disastrosa. Ho cercato di contattarli diverse volte e in diversi giorni per ricevere assistenza relativa al mio ordine in corso, ma a più e-mail inviate non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Sono stato completamente ignorato. Ho provato su tutti i canali possibili (e-mail, WhatsApp e telefono), ma il telefono suona a vuoto e le mie richieste cadono sistematicamente nel nulla. Ignorare in questo modo un cliente è un comportamento inaccettabile e profondamente irrispettoso. Se avete delle tempistiche da rispettare per i vostri lavori o pensate di poter avere bisogno di una minima assistenza dopo l'acquisto, sappiate che rischiate di essere completamente abbandonati a voi stessi. Stavo valutando l'acquisto di altri componenti di arredamento da MOHD, ma a questo punto sto seriamente riconsiderando se voglio continuare ad essere un loro cliente.
