I am beyond appreciative of Modakawa and their support!! ♡ I had so much trouble with my package and I had to go back and forth wirh the post office and the Modakawa support team, but they ensured me that things will be okay and that I don't need to worry. They replied very quickly to me each time and after confirming that the post office lost the package, Modakawa support was very kind and understanding to send me a new order. I really love their attires and outfits and I never had any issues before but with recent issue, they resolved it for me and I appreciate that very much. Thank you so much!

Great products, slow transit
I ordered a couple hoodies for my son. He loves them and wears them all the time. Shipping took a little over two months. I thought I ordered in plenty of time for an Easter gift, but they arrived well after. If ordering as a gift, allow plenty of time for transit. Their customer service was very responsive when I inquired about shipping times.

Cheap quality and very overpriced. I do not recommend. I bought a set: top and bottom. The top has some white smudges (which their customer service ignored), i was sent the wrong bottoms (different animal print), they sent me the correct one after a week of nagging them. Got the correct bottoms, which are completely different material compared to the top - and the colour is off, too. False advertising. Looks like NOTHING on the photos, delivery is 2 weeks if not more (and I live in the EU) and still caps you at 10$ (on a 49.99$ order). During my original order I reached out because they didn't even send me my set within the timeframe (and the customer service agent talked about a very different order - that wasn't mine). I do respect their agents overall. Initially, I was offered a 10% refund. I settled on 20% thinking I wouldn't get more. After my original review, they reached out again and after more talking, we settled on 50%. It arrived quickly to my account. The company needs to cop on to justify these ridiculous prices and shipping fees if you have little to nothing to show for. Most fast fashion has better quality for quarter of the pricetag.
