Mobrilz Website Redesign Review A fantastic website redesign experience with Mobrilz I recently commissioned Mobrilz to completely redesign and transfer my website — the Northern Ireland Travel Magazine — and I could not be more pleased with the result. From my initial contact with the team through to the launch of the new website, the entire project took just over a week. That speed was particularly impressive given the scale of the work involved. Mobrilz did not simply make a few cosmetic changes; they carried out a full redesign and transferred my existing site into a stunning new online website. The finished website is modern, attractive and far easier to navigate. It presents the magazine’s travel content in a much clearer and more engaging way, while giving the site a fresh, professional appearance that reflects the quality of the publication. The new design makes it easier for visitors to explore travel articles, discover destinations and find useful travel information. Naturally, there can sometimes be concerns about working with a company based so far away. Communication, time differences and the challenge of explaining exactly what you want, can all seem like potential difficulties. However, Mobrilz completely removed those concerns. The team was professional, responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. They listened carefully to my ideas, understood what I wanted to achieve and turned those ideas into a website that exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was their combination of speed, technical ability and attention to detail. They handled the redesign and transfer efficiently, while ensuring that the new site looked polished and worked as it should. The process felt well managed from start to finish, and I always felt that the team was committed to delivering an excellent result. Mobrilz did a fantastic job. They transformed the old Northern Ireland Travel Magazine website into a modern, visually appealing and professional platform, all within a remarkably short timeframe. Am currently having my wordpress website rebuilt by Mobrilz. They have been great with everything, inc a nice re-design for the site. Tannu and Utkarsh have been my main points of contact, and their updates and communication have been excellent also. I would definitely recommend Mobrilz without hesitation.

Run as fast as you can away from this company MOBRILZ. After Owner Aatish Roy promising his company build our new company website & would do what we asked putting it in writing, taking a 50% deposit for a 7 page basic product display website with a product checkout page for our United States Company in business 30 years we never heard from the owner Aatish Roy again. After he promised to deliver what both parties confirmed within 60- 90 days, he passed us off to Kumar Utkarsh Mobrilz project manager who strung my company along for 8 months week by week. We even provided them everything- our new concept, site design, digital photos, colors, background concept. We even had them reference our live website to move the process along & help them as a reference guideline such as positioning photos, site content, text color etc. 8 months in Kumar Utkarsh still never used the phone to call us. Just Emails. Weeks would pass with no Emails then excuses followed. After 7 months they decided to finally do Google online calls- they never kept the agreed upon times they were a no show on the Google appointments, Kumar Utkarsh even set the times for firm appointment then more excuses. After we paid Mobrilz 50% down as agreed we never heard from owner Aatish Roy again. Now it is 8 months in we got nothing completed their developers quit or got sick & still would disregard our 2 simple text colors & organize site layout requirements. They would use different font size & colors, photos too large for cell phone viewing. They did not even get to the shopping cart or checkout payment process page started. Balance was to be paid after uploaded completion & teaching us instructions how to use the new site in order to make changes. We have never been scammed by a vendor until MOBRILZ. They wasted over half of year of us trusting they would complete our company website within the promised 60- 90 days but they never did. Now 8 months passed we were very patient then Kumer Utkarsh wanted more money when the terms clearly were 50% deposit & 50% at completion in 60-90 not 8 months & still not completed. Do not Trust MOBRILZ for corporate website development. Do not get scammed like we did.

Hi Kevin, We're genuinely sorry that this project did not reach a successful conclusion and that you were disappointed with the outcome. However, we respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review. Throughout the project, our team invested significant time in design, development, project management, meetings, and revisions. During the engagement, we accommodated well over 300 revision requests, many of which involved design changes, layout adjustments, typography, colors, spacing, images, and other visual refinements. These revisions were carried out without requesting additional payment, despite going far beyond what is typically included in a fixed-price website project. As reflected in our documented email correspondence, the project timeline was significantly affected by the volume of revisions, evolving requirements, and repeated review cycles. These factors prevented the project from reaching final completion within the original timeframe. You also requested the complete source code and project files without making the remaining contractual payment. As is standard practice across the software development industry, source code and ownership are transferred only after the commercial terms of the agreement have been fulfilled. Releasing incomplete work and intellectual property before project settlement would not be appropriate or commercially acceptable for any professional development company. We also responded formally to your refund request, explaining our position in detail. While we understand your frustration, this was not a situation where no work was performed. Considerable professional time, technical effort, and company resources were invested in the project over several months. Mobrilz has successfully delivered hundreds of projects for clients across multiple countries, and our reputation is built on professionalism, transparency, and long-term client relationships. While we regret that this project ended in a dispute, we remain confident that our documented communications present a fair and accurate account of what transpired. As this matter has already been discussed extensively through documented email correspondence, we believe it is more appropriate to continue any further discussion privately rather than through public reviews.
