Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

ordered an exhaust emailed them for…
ordered an exhaust emailed them for estimated time of arrival no reply i think they might be having issues at the moment my advice would be to avoid

Don’t waist your time with them
Ordered on the 10th of Aug Show 2-3 days delivery it’s now the 28th and still nothing tried emailing no reply and tried number on website and they don’t connect. Total waist of time don’t use them!

I would strongly recommend staying away…
I would strongly recommend staying away from ML Performance and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered parts from their website at the price advertised. After placing the order, they changed the price and requested additional money, which I reluctantly paid because I needed the parts. Three weeks later, the parts still haven’t arrived. Worse than that, I have received no communication whatsoever despite sending multiple emails. I’ve also tried calling several times, only to reach a generic voicemail. On my latest attempt to contact them, I reached a voicemail stating that refunds need to be sought through individuals’ banks. From the wording of this, it certainly doesn’t give me any confidence that they intend to assist customers with refunds themselves. At this point, three weeks, I have neither the parts I paid for nor any proper response from the company. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely destroyed any confidence I had in them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, their customer service and handling of orders is completely unacceptable. Stay away from ML Performance. DO NOT USE THEM. One star is far too generous.

Placed order on 11th August and the…
Placed order on 11th August and the part was to arrive by 20th Aug . I paid £6.99 postage for premium. The item never arrived . Even emailed . No response. Phone number says not working/does not exist . Seems like they’re winding up the company and ML and Xatrix seems connected . Wasted 2 x weeks of mine
