THEY ONLY BELIEVE IN MONEY - NO HUMAN FEELINGS.
I made an account in Mistertango but hadnt used it for 1 year or so. Now when I decided to use it they obliged« me to pay for everething even for not used at all. The human understanding is 0. So, when I asked them to eliminate fees for not used account - they answered coldly with something like "you signed - you pay". So I deduce that Mistertango is a TRAP. The human understanding is 0 as the money is their only god. They dont care about you as a human being. Just money, they only believe in money. Nothing else.

Endless Onboarding and a Complete Waste of Time
My experience with MisterTango has been one of the worst onboarding experiences I have ever had. The entire process was incredibly slow, disorganized, and repetitive. I received countless emails asking exactly the same questions, even after I had already provided detailed answers. On top of that, they repeatedly requested documents that I had already submitted multiple times. It felt as if nobody was actually reading the information provided. As a newly established business, you simply do not have years of financial history. Instead of understanding the reality of startups, MisterTango kept demanding documents that either had already been sent or simply could not exist yet. The biggest joke came when they indicated they could open the business account with a monthly transaction limit of only €2,000. For a business account, this is completely unrealistic and practically useless. I eventually decided not to continue with the application because the onboarding process seemed endless. At no point did I have access to an active account, and I was never even able to log in because the onboarding process never reached completion. To make matters even worse, when I informed them that I wanted to withdraw my application, I was told that the account could only be closed after a negative balance had been settled. This is absurd considering I never had access to a functioning account, never logged in, and never used any banking services. The whole experience felt bureaucratic, unprofessional, and completely disconnected from the needs of new businesses. If you value your time, look elsewhere. There are many fintech banks that understand startups and treat potential customers with far more respect and efficiency. I cannot recommend MisterTango.
