Not hasslefree returns and not 100% discreet
Ordered from them before without issue — my recent experience shipping outside the EU was a different story entirely. If you’re reading their site and thinking it’s worth a try: it’s fine until something goes wrong, and then it becomes a genuine nightmare. 1. Wrong size, no fix. Their size guide is misleading. I caught the error and contacted them almost immediately — they insisted on shipping the knowingly-wrong size anyway, instead of cancelling. 2. “Reject it when the couriers contact you,” they said. Mr B told me to refuse the parcel. FedEx delivered it regardless, leaving it with a household member while I was out. Both FedEx and Mr B then told me I should have stopped it at the door — (when not home) despite the parcel already being digitally rejected. (Why would I need to warn anyone else to refuse a discreet* delivery that had already been refused?) 2b.* “100% discreet,” they claim. Not quite — the contents are printed in bold on the outside of the box. My family saw exactly what was inside. Mortified. 3. Duties, going nowhere. FedEx paid the customs duty to deliver it - but haven’t sent me any way to pay or documebt rejection. I can’t return the goods without a CN23 form or proof of customs clearance, and FedEx won’t deal with me since I’m not the shipper. 4. RMA approved (this is the return doc Mr B approve) but you can’t print it. The one document that might unblock this — and it’s unusable. 5. Mr B and Fedex Customer support seem unable or unwilling to help. So outside the EU? End result: every route to returning the items loops back to paying duties twice and “100% discreet, hassle-free returns” is not a description that survives contact with reality. (And after all this, they still haven’t told me what size I should have ordered in the first place!)

First of all the store in Berlin is amazing. Such a great selection of classy products. Second I was on vacation in Berlin when I made my purchase. I had a problem with it upon returning to the USA and contacted customer service. They replaced my product no questions asked and shipped it to me in the USA.
