Do not use unless you have great computer skills and don't need to ever speak with anyone.
If you're extremely competent on a computer maybe you'll have better experience. 1. Can't talk to a person - bad sign 2. There "chat" feature was very good and helpful but it took me hours to complete the task of moving my addresses to their format. Invitations, my design, came out great; envelopes a disaster: odd numbers on the bottom of some; address, state, and zip on the same line, every one unusable. If you use them to print to DO NOT proof anything. Now 2 hour wait for someone to call me back. NEVER USE AGAIN

No customization for something that needs customization
I would like to use a templated table place card, but you CANNOT remove "Table" from them. This inflexibility is very crazy in 2026 when you don't necessarily need to place a table number on a place card. We won't use Minted for the rest of our needs because of this backwards formatting issue.

Edits to wedding invitaions
Minted was amazing with making the edits and changes we wanted to do for my daughters wedding invitations and the accompanying envelopes, reply cards, etc.

Commenting for the second time
Commenting for the second time. They asked for our email and order number regarding our undeliverable wedding invitations. Someone named Kaira from customer service was supposed to get back to us after we sent that info to them. NOTHING! Warning! Do not do business with Minted!

We recently ordered wedding…
We recently ordered wedding invitations. It seems the post office computer had difficulty reading the fonts or ink on the envelopes. This appears to be common. The menu on their customer service number even mentions it After a month no one had gotten their invitation. I called customer service yesterday. Spoke to a rep for about 15 minutes about the problem. She suggested contacting the post office so they can locate the invitations. She hung up on me. I called back and got another rep. Went through the whole story again. Placed on hold multiple times, then told the initial rep would call back within 10 minutes to resolve to problem. Day later. Still no call back. Just as a side note. Our save the date cards were a disaster because the apartment numbers were not printed on the envelopes even though they were on the spreadsheet that was downloaded to them. Anyone that lived in an apartment didn't get theirs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MINTED! They mess up your invitations and customer service sucks.
