Not a good start
When we signed up to Mindbody we got so much support and the second we were left alone to manage our page so many difficulties came up. Our booking system was not set up properly by our Mindbody allocated support person. The website and app doesn’t allow discount codes. We’ve had so many people report how unclear it is to navigate Mindbody itself. Every time we try to reach out to Mindbody for support we get none, and we pay so much £ monthly it’s not worth it.

I had a great experience with Mindbody. The platform is easy to navigate, professional, and makes managing a fitness business much more organized. From scheduling classes and managing memberships to keeping everything in one place, it simplifies a lot of the day-to-day work. Dennis was especially helpful throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, patient, and made sure everything was explained clearly. His customer service made the experience even better. Definitely a valuable platform, and I really appreciate Dennis for all of his help.

Great product with kind and caring onboarding
My business’ onboarding was an incredible learning process led with kindness and openness by Felipe Jordao. I am so grateful for his support and for how he took the time to learn about my business to share insights that were catered exactly to my needs. Felipe is AMAZING and I am so excited about all the growth and opportunities this implementation will bring to my dance school. The product is great, but beyond that, the customer service was really incredible!

Denis was fantastic and truly helped make my onboarding process smooth. I really appreciate the time he took to teach me how to set everything up, and was especially helpful showing me how to utilize the other tools available for the time between calls when I needed to problem solve on my own. Highly recommend him!
