Horrible customer service
I placed an order on a mini sander expecting a reasonable shipping lead time to help with finishing a project on a tight deadline. After waiting over two weeks for a shipping confirmation, I reached out to figure out the lead time on my order. They state on their website that orders typically ship within two business days, so the delay seemed unusual. I reached out via email 4 different times and received no response. I called and left a message several times with no return calls. Unfortunately, the due date for my project has already passed, and I am still waiting to find out about my shipment, nearly 4 weeks later. This is unacceptable. I can understand a delay in shipment, but I expect a response from customer service giving me an idea for what to expect. Will not be working with them again.

I placed an order with Micro Mark today. I realized that my compute was using the wrong credit card number. I tried for over 20 minutes to enter your web site and inform you of my mistake. I will contact you on Monday to correct my error

I used to order from MicroMark and…
I used to order from MicroMark and their catalogs were great. I received a gift certificate from my daughter this week for my birthday and went to the website to order. I was disappointed at how few products were available to purchase. I used to receive the catalog every month. It had lots of great modeling tools and kits. Website looks like a ghost town now. Are they going out of business?

Micro-Mark always has a tool that you need. In this case it was a tool that I have wanted for a long time and it was on sale at an exceptional price. As usual shipping was quick and packaging was perfect. Great inventory, most complete selection of tools of the trade and great prices----Cannot be beat! I have been dealing with Micro-Mark for many years and I will continue to support.
