As a black man I couldn’t recommend…
As a black man I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. Hair transplants have become very common and popular these days but examples of good clinics for my type of hair aren’t. I decided to trust MetropolMed and they were brilliant from start to finish, answering every question and being very clear about any procedures. I chose to have a 3 months care kit, which again was explained very clearly to me. From the very beginning I felt genuine care and the whole process of getting from the airport to the hotel and finally the clinic was all handled by the clinic. During day one I even had time to visit the city, it was my first time in Istanbul! See you in 12 months where hopefully I’ll be even happier:)

My experience with metropolmed was amazing from the beginning all the staff follows me step by step before and after my surgeon the medical staff was amazing. The accommodation in hotel aswell amazing I highly recommend it I thank all our contact person Joseph the doctor Baris. Sonia.

What a fantastic experience. Not only am I absolutely delighted with the results of the Hair transplant I received in November 2025, I am so satisfied with the experience I received thanks to the team at metropolmed. From first contacting them, they were super helpful while also being hands off and not pressurising me with constant messages. After booking they gave me tonnes of helpful information, answered any questions I had and even helped me in recommending some activities for my few days in Istanbul prior to the op. The surgery itself was painless (albeit a little uncomfortable) and the professionalism of the staff put me at ease. As for the results, I started to notice good results after 4 months and now after 7 months, I’m completely satisfied already. They also have a dedicated aftercare team available on WhatsApp who answer any questions and keep you on the right path post op. I can’t recommend them enough for a hair transplant. There is no need to pay a fortune somewhere else when you get unmatched service from Metropolmed.

I only have good things to say about…
I only have good things to say about the clinic, everybody very polite, the doctor, the technicians and the receptionist were very helpful with all the requested services. I had a hair transplant, and now it’s just a matter of waiting for the results

Everything Was great
Everything Was great, they look after the patient the whole time. Specially I would like to mention Ahmed, who welcomed us and helped with everything from translation to washing my head at the end. Also many thanks for dear Fatima who organized everything for us. I would like to say Thank you for the whole Metropolmed team! The clinic is very modern and clean as well. See you next time.
