Customer care at the centre of the process
The whole process of using Mercedes-Benz financial services was extremely easy as well as being thorough. The digital process makes the process feel less cumbersome and with the assistance of staff at the local showroom was completed in a short time with immediate answers. I will definitely use the services again in the future. Customer care seems to be at the forefront of how the process works.

Great service from start to finish. Tim was amazing throughout the process and helped with additional questions. He was also very sweet with our children and had a small surprise for them upon picking up the vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership and requesting Tim Morse as the agent.

Excellent Experience – A Huge Thank You to David
We purchased our car from the Mercedes-Benz Sheffield showroom and had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. A very special thank you to David Fort, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. David was extremely helpful, professional and patient. He took a great deal of time with us, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and made sure we fully understood every stage of the purchase and finance process. He was always happy to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed or under any pressure. What we appreciated most was the amount of time and attention David gave us. He made the whole experience straightforward, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. His friendly and professional approach gave us complete confidence throughout the process. We are extremely happy with our new Mercedes and very grateful to David Fort for all his help, support and time.
