Finally found a mentor who's done it
I'd been looking for real mentorship access for almost 10 years — someone who's actually built and scaled a business, not just another guru teaching things they've never done themselves. What sets my mentor apart is that he isn't running a coaching business — he owns and operates a real company in my field, and mentors purely to give back and help people coming up behind him. That kind of hands-, in-the-trenches perspective is impossible to fake. MentorCruise makes it easy to get direct access to people like that, which is rare. Highly recommend if you're tired of surface-level advice and want guidance from someone who's actually walked the path and has nothing to sell you.

Waste of Time
Well the amount of time I wasted trying to get the website to work and figure out the set up was roughly 8 hrs and back and forth to support without fixes. That's not even getting to the communications and fit issues with the Mentor. Be sure to document everything assume the worst as when you go to have them uphold their policies they go with written proof and nothing else and since the Mentors know all this and the user doesn't - the user loses. Being reasonable gets you nowhere which is always disheartening.

Helpful for early career professionals
As an early career professional I was able to find great help. There are a lot of people willing to share their expertise so it was easy to create a shortlist of people who might be a good fit to see regularly or as needed. That's the one thing that's important before purchasing mentorship, knowing what stage you're at and how each person is marketing themselves.

My mentor made my experience great! He went above and beyond to help me. My fav part is that how easy it is to search for a mentor and find a good fit with the intro call. And also to cancel or pause my subscription!
