My husband George and I
My husband George and I, Theresa Delancy from Freeport, Bahamas had a wonderful experience with Memorial Gozpete Hospital in Istanbul. Pick up from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to to hospital. Hubby had two days of checkups I had three days of checkups with a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I didn't know when I fell asleep and the pair of us had full body checkups. I have never seen a hospital that looked like a five star hotel. Incredible place with specialist that speak with you after each checkup then the head Dr. Speaks to you concerning everything that was checked and give the final analysis. Thank you Sena, thank you Dogukan, thank you to all Memorial Gozpete Hospital Staff for our checkups. The booking process was easy with a small down payment if you were interested in checkups at the hospital. Everything was easy quick and understandable. State of the art equipments.

My husband has been under the care of Memorial Oncology.
My husband has been under the care of Memorial Hospital in Antalya for 10 years now. We cannot thank and praise them enough for the professional service they have provided. The surgeon definitely saved his life and the quality of his life. The staff are all of high standard and if you need a translator, they are excellent and do so much more to make it as stress-free as possible. We attend regularly.

We were asked to arrive fasting at 8:00…
We were asked to arrive fasting at 8:00 AM for blood tests and an ultrasound, and were told the whole process would take a couple of hours, after which we could have breakfast. In reality, we waited in queues until 2:00 PM and were only able to eat after that. Because of the prolonged fasting, I developed a headache, and the whole situation caused significant stress. What made things worse was the rude behavior of a translator named Zarina — after her unprofessional attitude, I had to request a replacement translator. After the check-up was completed, we were told that all test results and medical reports would be translated into Russian within 2 weeks. Almost 2 months have passed — I only recently received my translated results, and my wife’s are still not ready. We have contacted the translators who initially worked with us several times, but each time we’re only told “it will be ready soon,” with no actual progress. We expected a completely different level of organization from a hospital of this caliber. We hope management takes these issues seriously.

Ottimi dottori ma pessima amministrazione
Ottimi dottori, pessima amministrazione. Sono stata paziente per più di un anno: ho fatto un percorso di IVF con la Dott.ssa Arzu Yurci, un intervento chirurgico all'utero, il monitoraggio della gravidanza fino al quinto mese e persino un ricovero d'urgenza. Dal punto di vista medico nessun problema, ma sul piano amministrativo è un disastro. Si firmano documenti in turco, tradotti dai loro stessi traduttori, e si torna a casa senza mai ricevere una copia in mano. Ho chiesto più volte (per iscritto e telefonicamente) il contratto di congelamento dei miei embrioni in inglese e turco, oltre alla fattura del pagamento della quota annuale di stoccaggio, senza mai ottenerli. Mi ero anche resa disponibile a promuovere la clinica sui social e a girare un video promozionale, ma nemmeno in quell'occasione ho ricevuto la documentazione richiesta. Un ospedale che gestisce dati così delicati come embrioni congelati dovrebbe garantire trasparenza totale ai propri pazienti. Sconsiglio la parte amministrativa, nonostante l'ottima competenza medica.

Девушка по имени Туба, которая встречает пациентов перед приемом у глазного врача, уже дважды очень неприятно обслужила меня и мою дочь. Она была грубой, всем своим видом показывала недовольство, кривила лицо, когда я подходила к ней с вопросами на английском языке. При этом сама она не говорит по-английски. Мне совершенно непонятно, как в клинике, куда обращается так много иностранных пациентов, сотрудник, который первым встречает людей, не владеет английским языком. При этом сам доктор нам очень нравится, и мы полностью довольны его работой. Но я считаю, что Тубе не стоит работать на должности, которая предполагает постоянное общение с людьми. Сотрудник, который встречает пациентов, должен быть вежливым, доброжелательным и профессиональным независимо от того, на каком языке говорит человек.
