The support team at Memberpress is the best!
Our membership is the heart of our online business, and Memberpress is a big part of what makes it a success. We have been using it for the last 7 years. When we have technical questions or issues, the team is always able to help. What we pay for our Memberpress subscription is a bargain, especially with the high level of support Memberpress provides.

Satisfied with some tiny caveats
Overall, I'm satisfied with MemberPress. Wish it didn't jack up the price so much, but I'll stay with them as long as it doesn't get worse. Because I really do like the plugin, and they were very helpful when I was trying to implement a feature, forward-access only, that MemberPress doesn't have out of the box. (Though I have no idea why it isn't available to all or at least via a plugin... it doesn't even say anywhere you could do it... had I not reached out and asked, I wouldn't have known they could do this... and I probably would have moved away from their plugin...)

Exceptional Support From Hesham
I had a very unusual issue with the MemberPress Courses and Quizzes editors after upgrading to WordPress 7.1. The editors were behaving strangely, with layout issues and quiz styling problems, and I initially had no idea what was causing it. Hesham from MemberPress Support was absolutely fantastic. He didn't just send me generic troubleshooting steps or point me towards documentation. He actually accessed my site, reproduced the issue himself, correctly identified the conflict with WordPress 7.1's new always-iframed editor and persistent admin bar, and reported the issue to the development team. He then provided me with a temporary hotfix specifically for the problem, which I installed — and it worked perfectly. What really impressed me was the level of technical understanding and the willingness to actually investigate the problem rather than simply working through a standard support script. Hesham was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to getting the issue resolved. This is exactly what good plugin support should look like. A huge thank you to Hesham and the MemberPress team. What could have been a very stressful problem was handled incredibly well, and I really appreciate the time and effort that went into resolving it. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been using MemberPress for years, and I recommend it 100%. If you are techie is easier to put together, and if you're not, then MemberPress has a DFY service that is the best option.
