I have a few medical issues
I have a few medical issues, they take your welfare very seriously. I have been checked out for all medical history and they are happy with my information I supplied. It is best to stay with the same pharmacy as they have a file of your history of medication supplied. The service is very fast and sent out with 48hrs.

Not timely ask ID copy, no follow up.
If an ID copy is needed, it should ask me at the first place when I place the order. I've already received your 'processing order confirmation' email yesterday and paid extra to get my medicine within 24 hours. Then how can you expect that the customer would check email at 05:00 in the morning, and send the merchant ID copy timely. I am very disappointed as I still cannot receive any medicine after placing the order for 40 hours. No reply from the Company at all.

Don’t use this company
My order was cancelled (by med express ) and when I tried to order again my first time buyer discount could not be used. When I emailed I was advised I couldn’t get the discount applied even though I never had a first order with them. Useless company.

As I’m vulnerable disabled person
As I’m vulnerable disabled person, with memory issues & anxiety I was unfair of the direct monthly Debit to Mid Express. I have since canceled these direct debits for Manjaro! My last payment was £253.94. Which would be a third of my benefit money. Which is an utter disgrace! Online pharmacy’s are far to expensive for people on benefits, when the NHS is stretched to its limits, how would people on benefits manage. So I’ll just continue putting on weight & get even more anxious.
