Do Not Buy . I bought a pattern in May and have not received it despite four emails which have been returned mailer not found . I tried tracking my order with the number I was given and it is untraceable. Avoid this company!

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. The products I ordered from this sompany are misreprenentations of the products they actually ship. I ordered Clearly Perfect Slotted Trimmers brand and they shipped a cheap poor knock off. So cheap infact that the items arrivn the package. When I tried to contact them call goes to voicemail and sais to cll back during business hours even though I was calling during their states business hours. No response from emails sent.

Scam website
The website looks legitimate but the website is a scam. I ordered a product and it didn't ship. I then contacted them and the customer support e-mail bounced back as undeliverable. I tried a different e-mail I found and my request was ignored. They claim to be US based and have a US phone number and address but the credit card billing was Maliinv Inc which appears to be a distributor in Hong Kong and their website is registered in China.

Very underwhelming service and not living up to promises
I ordered and paid for my goods and paid express delivery, 3-5 working days. I’m still waiting. I ordered on the 5th of this month, they’ve taken my payment and my order still says waiting dispatch. I’ve emailed, it was not delivered, problem with their server apparently. Not a good way to run a business and I’m gutted as I was looking forward to using the goods on my latest project.
