Terrible customer service
This store tries to portray itself as a luxury fragrance shop, when in reality their customer service is worse than some discount stores. You better hope nothing goes wrong with your order/package, because when it does, you will be on your own and their customer service won't do anything to make things right. I certainly won't give them any more of my business, because for the service I get from them, I may as well shop at other discounters with significantly better prices.

recieved a fake parfume
recieved a fake parfume, it has nothing in common with the original scence. Filed for a return the same minuite. They have very difficult/complicated "return rules". waiting for the respond; however, ready to dispute the paynment with my bank......very bad experience

Yeah they got me smh.
Ok so im not saying this is a bad company. And I know nobody will probably even believe me. But I recently received a fake Dior Sauvage Elixir from the trusted Maxaroma. And I don't even know how this could've happen. But its their response to the matter is what I dont like. Act as if this thing could NEVER happen with them. Taking the approach of "yeah ok, we here you, but that didn't come from us". But who am I? Im just one customer. My business wont make or break them so, guess I have to eat this one. Just be careful guys, thats all im saying.

This company can kiss my ass
This company can kiss my ass. I've bought thousands of things on line by submitting info and my CC#. This is now the second fragrance co that emails me after taking my payment asking for me to send my ID and CC pics. Are you fvcking kidding? Why would I want to open myself up to the potential fraud of that? I sent them redacted versions as they already have my CC number and now they can verify my address. If they don't accept that ill buy my Cologne somewhere else

This has been an eye opening experience…
This has been an eye opening experience for me. I didn’t even know there could be that many scents but it’s how you make the scent, the scent doesn’t make you and thanks to Matthew and Etta I realized that they were great help and had the best conversation with them honestly can’t wait too see the company grow and the them.
