I was given a supra keysafe and it was…
I was given a supra keysafe and it was fitted by the council every now and then I would put the correct code in and it would refuse to open. These refusals to open became more regular and finally it consistantly refused to open when I did open it, I scrapped it. Here is the worst issue with the supra, the carers have a habit of leaving the safe open when they go in to give the wife her tablets. If a visiter removes the red paper they can see which digits (numbers ) are switched, if they make a note of the switched on digits after the carers are gone they can key in the switched on digits in any order and the lock will open. These keysafes are commomly used by the council so this is a very serious issue. I purchased a masterlock 5441 EURD and because I live in a place where it does not get wet I guess I will not get any water ingress. So far the 5441 EURD has given me good service but the software which supports it is completelty useless. The 5441 EURD does not have the security issue that the supra has. I am unable to comment on the softwares ability to keep combinations secure or to store them as the software is useless and does not support this product. But the 5441 EURD continues to give good service.

My padlock on my backyard gate froze up…
My padlock on my backyard gate froze up once again. Signs of rust and almost impossible to open. I canned it. I bought a new one, different model this time and it lasted two months? What has happened to my grandpa's Master locks company. Cheap! Cheap, cheap!

Faulty locks, Faulty customer service.
We purchased a brand new lock that turned out to be defective/faulty (It would not lock!) When I called to report it to the company, I was met with a customer service rep who was entirely dismissive and acted like my call was an inconvenience. She just told me to return it to the store. "Not sure what else you want me to do?" were her words before I asked if she can at least make a record of the faulty item, because I thought Masterlock would want to know if any of their products were faulty. I also thought that customer concerns would be treated with respect. I was wrong on both counts. I tried to follow up and make a complaint but was given the runaround. I have lost all respect for this once dependable brand. I will not be purchasing their products again. Faulty locks and faulty customer service! EDIT: A nice representative did actually call me back from the company. She listened and understood my concerns, and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. It is very unfortunate I did not encounter this in my initial call.

They trade in lies. Online information is a lie.
They publish information to help me find the combination of a lock who's combination I forgot and then I go through all of the effort of taking the pictures and filling out the ticket only for them to say sometime in 2019 they stopped doing some b******* and then they direct me to some PDF and nothing is actually solvable so all of this information is a lie I will never buy anything from them again what a miserable company.
