After filling out the online form to get a quotation from Markel I had a number of questions to ask to make sure I was properly covered for my exact business needs. The company's advisor (Patrick Hills) contacted me via a good old fashioned phonecall and was exceptionally informative, helpful and friendly. He walked me through my queries answering clearly and in a manner I could understand meaning I could make a calculated decision in regard to what I required. Thus keeping my cover focussed and on point for exactly what was needed and in turn keeping my costs tight.

Professional and friendly- would use again
I filled in the quote online and was contacted in very short order by Patrick. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and despite not being sure, as my insurance needs are quite niche, he went off to investigate. Patrick contacted me back within days, to make sure I was updated. Although Markel are not able to help me, he found the contact details of someone who could, sparing me the time and effort of trawling through insurance companies for my niche. A charming, professional young man- he is a credit to your business Markel.

Patrick was very helpful
Patrick was very helpful. Im starting a new company which helps young learners who are chronic non-tenders find a pathway back into education?school. As you can imagine this is a very challenging job Patrick throughout made it very easy and was excellent with the demands that he needed to meet. Couldn’t speak more highly of Patrick.
